Bereavement Care Pathway
Welcome to the Bereavement Pathway Project website.
This has been jointly developed between Cruse Bereavement Care and the Bereavement Services Association to increase awareness of services for bereaved people through partnership between the NHS, Voluntary, Community and Faith Sectors.
We aim to establish a clear bereavement "pathway" to educate professionals and to provide at-a-glance, simple access to helpful support and guidance at the appropriate points for patients, families and friends (including children).
